Weekly Update - February 10th, 2023
Hi church,
Ben Franklin asked, “Who is wise? He that learns from everyone. Who is powerful? He that governs his passions. Who is rich? He who is content. Who is that? Nobody.” Actually, the apostle Paul would disagree. Contentment can be found! In our passage this Sunday, we explore Philippians 4:10-13 as Paul discusses the secret of contentment. It is not a given that Christians will be content. We must learn it and it is so valuable for our lives.

A $75 deposit is required (total cost is $329). Scholarships are available. Sign up at the Connect Center. If you have questions, please see Adrian Mewshaw or Tracey Hawkins on Sunday. Vacation Bible School – July 23-27, 6-8:00pm
Is the Lord leading you to help with VBS this year? This year’s theme is Twists & Turns. Spin the spinner, beat the clock, skip ahead, level up, and play to win! You’ll need to bring your A-game for this VBS. Twists & Turns is a fantastical celebration of games of all kinds. From classic tabletop games to video games and more, kids will play their way through VBS while learning that Jesus guides them through all the twists and turns of their lives. They’ll find that even when they mess up it’s never “game over”. Sign-up at the Connect Center to volunteer.
